		<description>Eu as vrea nu sa ma ingras, nu sa slabesc, ci sa ma mentin la greutatea asta pe care o am. Si cum o dau cum ma sucesc ca de obicei ma ingras.

		<description>Off, ai grija ce iti doresti! Am o multime de prieteni cu aceeasi problema. Mergi la sala si tragi de fiare cu greutate mai mare si mai putine repetitii. Incearca sa manaci dupa ce vii de la sala sau mergi la doctor.</description>

Nu ai pentru ce mulţumi, le meriţi. Problema cred că e mult mai simplă, dacă nu aş petrece atâta timp la calculator probabil nu aveam &lt;b&gt;început&lt;/b&gt; de burtică :P</description>

nu cred ca e o idee buna sa te ingrasi cu junk food sau dulciuri ca e nesanatos, evident.
cred ca ar trebui sa ai o dieta ridicata in proteine si sa manaci si ceva suplimente alimentare. e destul de greu sa pui greutate uniform, sa nu te trezesti cu maini si picioare subtiri dar cu o burta mare sau cu gusa.
ar trebui sa consulti un medic nutritionist, iti va da un regim potrivit.</description>
